Three attempts with an incorrect password will require your password to be reset. Your username and password can be managed by http://accounts.unimelb.edu.au/
If you experience any problems logging in to the survey try opening the survey directly from your browser (by copying and pasting the URL), rather than launching it from your email. This is necessary for certain applications such as Hotmail.
Your session will time out in two hours of inactivity. If you have not completed the survey within this time you will need to log back in. Your previous responses will be saved so you can continue where you left off.
